Nam Tai CEO Steps Down

Nam Tai Electronics, Inc. has announced that Yeoh Teck Hooi, Colin has resigned as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company with immediate effect due to personal reasons. After the resignation, M.K. Koo was appointed as acting CEO with immediate effect.

Koo, a founder of Nam Tai Group, currently serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Directors is confident that Koo can take on the position of acting CEO to support the continuous growth of the company.

The company will identify a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy as soon as practical and will make a further announcement upon appointment of a new CEO.
