Jari Koppelo will take over the responsibility for both of Incap Group's business units, Energy efficiency and Well-being solutions, beginning March 1, 2012. He previously served as head of Energy Efficiency in Europe and Asia. In his role as Director of Business Units, he is responsible for all customer relationships, customer-specific profitability, and sales of the Group's services. Each customer has a designated key account manager, and all of them are now reporting to Koppelo. He joined Incap in 2008 and is a member of the Group's management team.
Sami Kyllönen has been appointed Director, Operations Europe with responsibility for Incap Group's production in Europe. He is also a member of Group's management team. Kyllönen has, since 2007, worked as Manager, Operations Services of Incap. Incap has manufacturing in Europe in Helsinki, Vaasa and Kuressaare. Kyllönen is located in Kuressaare.
Mikko Hirvinen, previously responsible for European operations, has been appointed Director, Special pPojects. He will manage the production transfer from the Helsinki factory to other plants, which is planned to take place by the fall of 2012. Hirvinen is located in Tallinn and continues to act as a member of the Group's management team.
Marko Tapaninaho is nominated Manager, Engineering Services and wil, from March 1, 2012 take responsibility of the Group's services supporting the production--project management in new product introduction (NPI) and documentation management in product life cycle management (PLM). Tapaninaho has been with Incap since November 2011 and he continues to lead the Group's product and test design services, which have activities in India and Finland. Tapaninaho is a member of the Incap's Extended Management team.
